The ranch is seven paved miles without any traffic lights to major hospitals, shopping, restaurants, hotels, schools, and Interstate 15 (the major road between Los Angeles, Las Vegas, all the way up to Canada).
Hammer's Ranch is in the center of all major tourist and vacation spots in the Rocky Mountain West. Many European and Asian business people have been frequent guests at Hammer's Ranch. They have used it as their hub when doing business in the U.S. and mixing vacations with business.
