Family Room & Kitchen
The commodious family room has oak floors accented with walnut. The fireplace handles both gas and wood and is surrounded by marble. The kitchen has Corian counter tops, two full size ovens, six stove eyes, two garbage disposals, three sinks, ceramic tile floors, more custom oak cabinets than an army could use! Total room size is 39 x 20. This Family Room opens to a 42 x 22 patio with gas-plumbed grill.

Dining Room
The Dining Room is 17 x 17 plus a large bay window with beautiful view of pine forest. Will hold a formal dining table for fourteen people with lots of room for china cabinets on both sides.

Entry/Foyer
A large front deck with curving staircase leads to an impressive 8 x 21 entryway. The foyer is perfect for art and family photoswith it's custom lighting. Also present is microphone/intercom system and surveillance video camera.

Master Bedroom
The spacious Master Bedroom is 17 x 22 with a door leading to a large deck (23 x 20). The television is elevated to be seen easily from the bed and there are speakers immediately above the bed. Beautiful view of sunrise over the Rockies.

Master Bath
The Master Bathroom is 12 x 16. The 6 x 4 shower stall has three powerful shower heads. The Jacuzzi is double wide with the commode in a separate room. The Master Dressing Room/closet is 11 x 9.

Hallways
All the doors in the home are extra wide as are the hallways at five feet wide. Furniture movers say the house was designed for them!

Other Bedrooms
There are seven other bedrooms in the Main House. Five are over 200 sq ft and the other two are over 150 sq ft. All have fantastic views of the mountains.

There are a total of seven large bathrooms, not counting the Master Bath. The other baths average over 80 sq ft each.

The downstairs has two Family Rooms - one 36 x 18 and another 19 x 21.

The lower level has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two family rooms, a 355 sq ft computer room and office, a 211 sq ft walk-in vault, two staircases to the main floor, and an outside entrance. It has beautiful views of the mountain from all four downstairs bedrooms and one of the family rooms.

Exterior
The outside of the house is designed to be maintenance free. Roof is 35-year architectural shingle. Siding will never need painting. The entire house is built to the highest standards with 2 x 6 framing and engineered laminated trust and floor beams.

Landscaping
The yard is professionally landscaped with trees, rose bushes, shrubs, and flowers and has trouble-free underground irrigations.

Garage
The garage is 48 x 55 with 16 foot ceilings suitable for an indoor wintertime basketball court. It is entirely finished and heated with three 12-foot doors and one 18 foot wide door (all ten foot high).

Guest House
There is a modern 1,350 sq ft guest house with two finished bedrooms, two baths, complete kitchen, large living room, laundry room, two car garage, wireless internet, two phone lines, etc. It has another 1,350 sq ft of unfinished basement with roughed-in bathroom. There is also a walk-in vault.

Workshop
There is a 40 x 50 x 12 foot complete workshop with completely wood-finished interior, 110 and 220 electricity, gas heat, concrete floors, walk-in vault (yep, that's three large walk-in vaults), garage and walk-in doors at each end, beautiful mountain views from the many windows and two phone lines.

Horse Barn
The horse barn is a 30 x 40 x 14 horse barn complete with corrals, water, electricity, lighting, and phone.

Both the Snake River and Pebble Creek Ski Resort can be seen from the Ranch.

Points of Interest
There is only one traffic light between the ranch and the regional airport which Delta airlines serves four times per day to and from their Salt Lake City hub with direct flights to Hawaii, New York, Europe, etc.
The ranch is seven paved miles without any traffic lights to major hospitals, shopping, restaurants, hotels, schools, and Interstate 15 (the major road between Los Angeles, Las Vegas, all the way up to Canada).
Hammer's Ranch is in the center of all major tourist and vacation spots in the Rocky Mountain West. Many European and Asian business people have been frequent guests at Hammer's Ranch. They have used it as their hub when doing business in the U.S. and mixing vacations with business.
